Hello everyone and Happy New years!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and plan to have a wonderful New Year!

Man it has been a few since the last update (Well kind of lol) and we, at [TC]; thought we would end this year on some new things on the Game as well as a sweet bit of information near the end too.

First off would be a quick message to the winners of the Net Navi Contest; those of you, who have won, please contact us via Email or by messaging this account on DA in order to talk and get your rewards in place. We have sent out emails however there have been some failures with Gmail as well as DA and/or not all of the winners have been in contact with so… please get with us soon.

Next up, I thought I would give you guys some much needed new screenshots! These are from a recent tester and we hope shows some all-around progress with the game.

You see some new things since the last update with screenshots?

If you don’t remember and/or you are new to our project, (Which if so then; Welcome!) let me run down some of the changes done within the sprite work and system of the game.

We have added new sprites to the Over-World and have added in the new Menus to the Pause Screen, done a total overhaul of the ACDC Area 1 map making it better than before as well as added a BBS/RequestBBS to the map + a new Café area that you can now visit within the game, added new Custom Menus to the battle system and a new results board look as well, and we have updated Lan and Megaman’s Mugshots to the game versus the last ones you may have saw them with… OH, almost forgot; we have added our own Custom Controls program so that you, the players, can change the controls to how you would like them to be (Joystick Controls coming soon.). There are many MANY new changes to other sprites as well but rather than making a huge list to what will be already rather LARGE update as it is, I rather go onto the next thing…

OK, OK. Seeing how we have shown you New Screenshots of some of the things (As well as changes) in Demo 1, I think it is time to give you a status report on just where we stand at the moment with the Demo.

Demo 1 is coming along nicely and at the moment we are mostly making adjustments to the AI, Battle Chips, Sprites and other things within the Game too. In all honesty, Demo 1 has taken longer than expected however we believe the wait will be worth it in the long run seeing how Demo 1 is a stepping stone into making Demo 2, which will have the full First Chapter of the games storyline and more. Granted, going with this Demo does mean that we will not have Game Storyline to play (however we do have something added after the main Demo’s first part is done) but we believe that if we can iron-out the bugs and add in the suggestions to the games functions (Battle system, Form system and etc…) that you suggest to us; we can have a strong Demo 2 (and Demos beyond) that will give you the best Game Play with little to no bugs and problems.

With that said; Demo 1 does have some things in it that makes you, the fans, help us make a better Battle Network game by letting us know what you think about some of the basic systems within the game before we go right into making Demo 2. We also have added our games Form System into the game ahead of time to know what you think on the system, how it works, and some of the things that could be changed to make it better! Because of all of these things; your feedback will be key in helping us make this game better for everyone to enjoy.

Now that we have gotten that bit of info out of the way… let talk about Beta Testing.

That’s right, Beta Testing, I’ve said it and no I didn’t typo while doing it (Well this time…). We WILL be beta testing. When you may ask? How about right-freaking-now, as you read this, we have already sent a tester out to someone (One or two people) new to Beta Test the current tester and where it stands. At the moment we plan to keep it small (Again, one to two people at a time) but as things get fixed and things get changed up within the tester, we do plan to expand on how many will test when the time comes but until then, just know that Demo 1 is getting closer to being release.

Now, time to talk about 2014 and what it has to offer!!

2014 will be a busy year for us as we now go into Beta testing as well as finalize a few things floating around at [TC]. What are some of the things to come you may ask? They are the following

[+] 2014 will bring a first too the Augmented Corruption Embodiment (ACE) System both in Artwork and a full explanation on what it is meant to do.

[+] 2014 will also bring with is a first full look into the CoDE forms and explanation of what is does AND to explain the CoDE form you may have saw a few months back; ‘CoDE Zephyr’ (Wait we finally gave out the name of that form? Cool.)

[+] 2014 will bring forth our PET system named; PET ReZ (Or ReZ PET if you like that better)

[+] 2014 will show video footage(s) of Demo 1’s RequestBBS mission; ‘Lost Chip’, A look around ACDC Area 1, (and once complete) How to activate ‘CoDE Zephyr’, Tutorial bit AND Gameply footage. (And of course; those “beloved” update video :D)


Welp That’s it everyone I hope—WAIT, hold up, hold up… There is something I am forgetting…

OH YEAH!! Expect Demo 1 video footage sometime in the middle and/or end of the year in 2014! That’s right, in 2014, either Middle of year or near end of the year, you WILL see MegaMan Battle Network CORRUPTION’s very first demo up for view! We plan to talk more of this later on in next year but to be sure to keep an eye out for more information about the 2014 of Demo 1!
